I had to bust out the fleece and the scarves.

Though I am a warm weather baby I think the fashion of the winter suits me best.

So if someone could invent a way to get me tan while I'm still wearing my scarves and boots it would be much appreciated.

And I don't wanna look like I'm from the Jersey Shore.

Oh Brother

*My brother was the flash for Halloween...how fitting.

Yesterday was a special day.

Brother turned 30. 

My husband and I surprised him along with my parents and flew out to California.

We ate at amazing places
walked along the freezing beach
gave up on my hair being straight
laughed a lot
went to Disneyland
screamed our heads off on Space Mountain
and ate a Mickey shaped doughnut.

Whew. And we also went to see where he works.

I think I had to give a blood sample to get it.

He's famous. Makes computer games.

Heard of World of Warcraft? Yeah. Talented.

He always has that eye. He can draw anything. He doesn't even know it's a talent because he's just so good at it.

So to my brother who let me color his amazing drawings even though I never ever stayed in the line....love ya.

Have you seen the movie Marley?

Still crying? Yeah me too.

I have my own Marley. Her name is Zoey.

Do not be fooled by her 11 lbs. She. Is. Cunning.

Minus the fact that she has managed to escape her kennel, locked, with 2 extra locks, scratch out my carpet under my door and put holes in my socks, I still love her.

Why? I don't know. She wouldn't even go outside today because it was raining.

If this is any preview of my future children... I may just need to get some fish. 

This "why didn't I think of this idea" is less of something you build... more - why have I not turned into those creepy pet people and done this yet??

Because. I AM that pet person.
